“I grew up “sitting” for my mother who would carve my likeness out of bars of Ivory Snow soap while dinner was cooking. As a young child I would accompany her to the painting studio and absorb the paints and the people. Later, I would come home after school and to my horror find nude models posing in the living room.
Art was not just something you bought. Art was something you did.”

I have been very fortunate in my art career to have worked with Canadian greats from Alex Colville to Creg Curnoe; to have sold art to David Hockney and Vincent Price, and to have collaborated with so many talented artists in my publishing company and art galleries. I count many artists I have worked with as dear friends and everything I have learned about art I have learned from the artists and clients I have met.
