Julia Balfour
Julia Balfour is an abstract painter who uses form as a trace of her experiences that are influenced by color. Her abstract paintings reflect her view on the importance of colour in its most elegant and purest form. She uses watercolor to develop layers and relies on color to construct its own shape and find its place in a composition. Julia lives in Toronto and is a graduate of the presitigious OCAD institution.
